Diploma in Real Estate (Fast Track – Classroom)
This program was originally designed as a two year full time course and now is available to qualified licensed real estate practitioners (see below). This is an intensive five days course (can be spread over 5 weeks, one day per week, 35 hours in total) that trains real estate practitioners in different aspects with in-depth knowledge and/or important concepts so that they will be capable to deal with most of the challenging real estate transactions. Our instructor can go to your company or students can come to our campus in Mississauga, a hotel in the city where you reside, your local library, board of trade or any place suitable for you (subject to availability and college's approval) at your convenience.
You must be a licensed real estate agent in Australia, New Zealand, the province of British Columbia or Ontario (Canada) in order to be qualified to enroll. For other professionals, please send your resume to us and we will assess your credential on a case by case basis.
